What we need from you to get an order moving, how to pay, and what happens once you have.
What do you need to process my order?
Your name, delivery address and contact number, along with your order placed and paid on the site. If your address is hard to find, tell us in the order notes.
You will need an account. You can create one during checkout in a few seconds. It lets you track your order, saves your details for next time, and means we are not asking you for the same information twice.
How do I pay?
- Card or instant EFT through Payfast — confirmed immediately, so your order is accepted straight away.
- Direct bank transfer — use your surname and order number as the reference. Your order is accepted once the funds clear in our account, so this route takes a little longer to get started.
Your order is only confirmed once payment reflects. Until then the stock is not held for you.
Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
Yes, we do.
- Orders above R7500 – 5% discount
- Above R15000 – 7% discount
- Above R30k – 10% discount
