Your rights over your personal information
Under POPIA you may ask us to do any of the following, free of charge, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
- Access — ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix information that is wrong or out of date.
- Deletion — ask us to delete information we no longer have a legal reason to keep. Records we must retain for tax and accounting purposes are excluded.
- Objection — object to a particular use of your information, including analytics.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
